Based on your needs, we will carefully select the most suitable materials (e.g., leather, synthetics, special coatings) and determine the glove’s construction (structure, stitching methods, key components). The goal is to propose a design that meets functional requirements and matches your desired look.
第三步：Step 3
试制样品，性能初测
Crafting the Sample Glove
针对初步方案进行样品试制，并对关键指标进行检测依据设计方案制作出手套样品。随后，我们会模拟实际使用条件，对样品的核心性能（如保暖性、灵活性、防水性、耐用性等）进行内部初步测试，确保基本达标。
We will physically create the first sample glove based on the initial design proposal. Upon completion, we will conduct in-house professional testing on its key performance aspects (e.g., fit, dexterity, protection level, or warmth).

Refining Based on Your Feedback

We will present the sample glove and design proposal for you to try and review. We will carefully listen to your practical experience and suggestions for improvement (e.g., comfort, functionality, aesthetic details), then meticulously refine both the design and sample to achieve the best overall balance.

Delivering Your Final Gloves
最终，我们将交付您确认的完整设计方案、优化后的成品手套，并附上由权威第三方机构出具的关键性能（如保暖等级、防水指数等）检测报告，为您提供品质信心。
Upon your final approval, we will deliver the complete glove design documentation, your finished custom gloves, and formal test reports from an independent laboratory verifying key performance metrics (e.g., protection rating, insulation) which guarantees reliable quality.
